Push-ups are the first thing that comes in your mind when you committed to doing exercises. pushups are the safest and most preferred exercise as it is associated with many benefits.

Pushups mainly work on the upper body, core, and shoulders. these are the parts with which one is committed to performing pushups.

  •  pushups are mainly designed to work with chest muscles called pectorals. pectorals are located at the posterior portion of the chest and help to build endurance.
  • shoulders are surrounded by a triangular muscle called deltoids. these deltoids will become more flexible and help you in building up hand power and cope with lifting heavyweights. 
  • as muscles are being rigorously worked out push-ups increase the secretion of testosterone.  
  • pushups help to get rid of the foggy brain. because the blood supply to the upper body will be increased and the brain will get the required oxygen.

should you perform pushups daily? 

 Absolutely no. you should not perform the same pushups daily. because the muscles will get adopted to the workout and you can't find any benefits from that. 

so, what should you do?

 you need to do pushups along with other workouts. there are different kinds of pushups that workouts different parts. performing the same workout for a long period of time cant be a beneficial thing for you.
