Weight loss is the most common ambition among people. mostly everyone on the earth is more concern about their weight, including with me.
after a long study and research, I found some foods that never let me cut down my extra pounds.

but before going to the point I would like to apologize to you that the list I mentioned below may consist of some food items which could be your favorite. 

But nothing could satisfy you other than reaching your weight loss goal. Even coal and diamond both were made of carbon, the diamond was considered to be a valuable thing because of the efforts that have been made to obtain a diamond. Getting a diamond is not an easy task as getting coal.


Getting into shape in real life is quite similar to getting a soul stone in the Marvel comic universe. both need a great sacrifice. Sacrificing the food you love a lot is not an easy task. But, cool .......I will tell you some tips to get rid  of temptations from the food you loves a lot 👍

1. backed cookies 



  • cookies are made up of refined flour and are high in the terms of added sugar.
  • cookies are high in calories and it takes lots and lots of time and effort to burn those calories.
  •  these are high in carbohydrates and leads to develop or retain your subcutaneous fat 

solution: you can eat a piece or two on a weekend instead of your breakfast

2. sweet and desserts 


  • sugar is 8 times more addictive than cocaine. so, it is very difficult to stop eating sugar for you if you choose more often.
  • everyone knows that sugars are high in calories and it's difficult to burn. but, here I am going to tell you the other reason about which most of them are not aware 



  • it's very hard to find a person how doesn't like to eat sweets. yes, according to a survey conducted in the year 2014-15 about 175.1 million metric tons of sugar was consumed all over the world, and every year it was increasing 
  • among them, The United States of America ranked first with 10.8 million metric tons of sugar consumption.
  • high sugar consumption leads to a problem called leptin resistance. leptin is a Harmon that works on bain (directly on hypothalamus).this is also called as satiety Harmon. Leptin is responsible for making you feel satisfied with what you eat. if your brain gets resistance from leptin then you may keep starving all day.this is why sugar is becoming more addictive.
  • thus high sugar consumption leads to more starvation and more chances to put on your weight.
solution: you need not stop eating sugar entirely. you can satisfy your sweet tooth by replacing it with healthy sugars. 


3. pizza.
 pizzaaaaa..........pizzaaaa..........pizzaaaa..............

  • yes, this the word which we mostly use while ordering anything at a restaurant. Over 5 billion pizzas are sold worldwide each year.
  • the craze of pizza touches the orbit. the famous Russian astronaut Yury Usachov is the one and the only person who received pizza in space. the Russian  space agency was paid more than a million bucks to deliver a six-inch pizza to the international space station 




  • apart from its craze, it is also famous for its negative effects on our body.
  • pizza is loaded with a high amount of saturated fats which triggers cholesterol levels in our body. 
  • the higher cholesterol level leads to cardiovascular risks and types 2 diabetes.
solution: having a slice or two in a month as your breakfast could be safe. 

4.burger and other junk food 

the burger is US origin junk food. the actual name of the burger is hamburger. in India hamburger is not allowed to the sale as it is made of beef and ground meat. the vegan burger is considered to be more dangerous than non-veg as it consists of hexane 



  • burgers are high in calories and it takes time to burn them.
  • burgers are high in saturated fats which increases cholesterol levels.
  • it takes a lot of time to digest and contributes to developing your tummy fat.
solution: it's better to avoid eating a burger because I won't like you to mess with the problems associated with this stupid food.you may hesitate that "why I dint rejected to eat pizza". pizza is far safer that burger. because of the cheese present in pizza, you can acquire some proteins while you can't find anything in bloody burger 

5.ice creams 

ice cream is organized in china around 600 AD. The first ice cream was made by packing milk and rice mixture and frozen in the snow. I need not tell you how renowned this frozen dessert is.





  • ice creams are made of added sugars which is very dangerous for you.
  • ice creams are high in glycemic index and lead to sugar rush in your body.
  • consumption of too many calories and sugars is no way a good thing for weight loss mission
  • the main thing is any cold item you consumed will take a lot of time to get metabolized in your body especially during night times.


6. packed and preserved foods

packed and preserved foods were more focused on their business. in order to keep their food from spoiling they add preservatives and canned before selling. these preservatives are no way good for your health. not only for weight loss, but it may also lead to other problems.


7.salted chips and crackles.
 salted chips are the item which we consume a lot especially while watching movies, sports, and other shows. chips don't let us stop eating and don't even make us feel full. here is how chips are dangerous for you.



















  • chips are high in terms of the salt. more salt consumption will lead to several health problems like blood pressure, kidney problems, and other renal problems.
  • high salt intake leads to fluid retention in your body and makes you obese.
  • moreover, these chips are deep-fried and packed by adding some preservatives. such deep-fries will disturb your bowel functioning and leads to constipation.

8.carbonated drinks 

joseph Priestley was the first person to discover carbonated drinks. he implemented the thought of mixing carbon dioxide with water. that was popularly known as soda. later many implementations were bought in order to make it taste better with different types of selective flavors. 




  • higher the intake of soda, higher the consumption of carbon. this carbon makes your bones weak by reducing the calcium.
  • carbonated water with a combination of added sugars will make you fat and obese by developing subcutaneous fat.
  • carbonated water contains acids like carbonic acid and phosphoric acid can lead to a mouth sore for people who are intolerant towards carbon. 
  • over drinking of carbonated water can affect your dental health.
solution: you can choose buttermilk, lemon water, honey-ginger water over soda.because avoiding sodas not only helps you in losing weight but also helps to maintain a healthy digestive system.

9.sugary candies 
sugar candies are made of added sugars and artificial ingredients which takes a lot of time to digest. it retains fat in our body and doesn't let you lose your weight. 



solution: you can chew a piece of jaggery instead of sugar candy. it tastes more delicious than candy if you are wishing to satisfy your sugar tooth.
if you are thinking to chew something to keep yourself awake please swap candies with non-sugar chewing gums.

10.milk shakes.


milkshakes are more preferred drink when we felt thirst. we may think that milk is healthy and why should we avoid this.

of course, milk is healthy but milkshake is not.









  • milkshake is fully loaded with fats and sugar which takes time to digest.
  • milkshakes are made with cream which is high in terms of fat and calories.
  • over drinking of milkshakes will suppress the HCl production in your stomach and can cause appetite problems.


  • solution: if you want to treat your thirst you can choose lassy(sweetened curd diluted with water ) over a milkshake. 
    that to drinking lassy daily will not cope you with your weight loss mission
